If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to exchange a garment with only the Alamo printing or styling, we are happy to offer you the opportunity to do so. In that case, please contact us first at info@anrpromo.nl to discuss your exchange request. Once we have received your request, you can return the product at your own expense to the following address:

Make sure the returned garment is in unworn and undamaged condition, and don’t forget to include your contact information and order number. Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will send you the replacement product. Please note that the cost of return shipping and additional shipping for the new product is at your own expense.
Return
If you decide to return a garment with only the Alamo print or styling, you can do so as well. In this case, please contact us first at info@anrpromo.nl and indicate that you want to return the package. You can then return the product at your own expense to the address above. Once we receive and inspect the returned garment in unworn and undamaged condition, we will return the purchase price to you.
Please note: Garments printed with your own logos or other text cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an obvious defect. In that case, we will always work with you to find an appropriate solution.
